The word event can be used in various ways and includes festivals, marriages, parties or meetings.
The first step of event hosting is determining its purpose i.e. what is the event for is it for a marriage or a party or a meeting or for something else. After learning this, the event host needs to choose the type of entertainment, the guest list, the location and content.
The locations for events can be endless however they are normally held at hotels, reception halls or outdoors. Once the location is set the event manager needs to prepare the event staff and also keep in contact with the client all these preparations is what is required for an event to run smoothly.
